Your selected design, stone, metal and size form the final and binding specification of your piece. Orders are produced specifically to your selections. Once production begins, changes are not possible.

Digital Preview

Our website displays dynamic imagery that updates according to your selections. These are digital representations that may have variations due to lighting, hand-finishing process and natural stone characteristics. Minor differences between digital preview and final piece do not constitute a fault.

Ring Sizing & Resizing

Bel Anthony rings are not traditionally circular and cannot be resized. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have selected the correct size, understand resizing is not possible, and accept full responsibility. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refund, remake, or exchange.

Pricing & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued. Pricing updates daily in line with global precious metal markets. All prices are listed in AUD and GST is applied where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel affected orders. Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.

Production Timeframe

Standard production time is 5 weeks. Production begins once materials are allocated or fabrication has commenced. This timeframe includes shipping. Delays may occur due to material supply, stone sourcing, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. To cancel, contact cs@belanthony.com. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

After 2 hours, materials may be allocated and production scheduled. Cancellation is not guaranteed beyond this point. Once production begins, orders are final.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or equivalent carriers. Signature on delivery is required and tracking is provided upon dispatch. All parcels are insured for their declared value.

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery signature. Bel Anthony is not liable for delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or parcels marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and item. Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim a remedy.

International requests may be considered upon enquiry and are subject to separate terms, duties, and taxes.

Care & Wear

Our pieces are handcrafted and require mindful wear. Remove during heavy activity, avoid harsh chemicals, and store in a dry environment. Improper care may void warranty consideration.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

We use high-quality natural materials. Variations in tone, inclusions, and finish are inherent characteristics and not defects. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from digital previews.

Policy

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not offer change of mind returns, size exchanges, design alterations, or refunds for incorrect sizing. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain protected.

Return shipping is covered by us for confirmed faults. Otherwise, the customer is responsible. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Guarantees

You are entitled to a remedy if your product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, differs significantly from description, or is unfit for purpose.

If you believe your item has a fault, contact us with photographs and your order number. Do not wear or alter the item prior to assessment.

Policy

We collect personal information necessary to process orders, including contact details and transaction data. Payments are securely handled by third-party providers and we do not store card details.

Information may be used for order updates, service communication, and marketing (if subscribed). You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us.

Social Media

By tagging or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost for marketing purposes. Contact us if you prefer your content not be used.

Chargeback & Fraud

We maintain detailed records for all orders. By purchasing, you confirm your selections are accurate and authorised. Delivery confirmation with signature constitutes proof of fulfilment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, misuse, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or delivery delays. Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including supply disruptions, natural events, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content remain the property of Bel Anthony. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
